To resolve these issues, we created a modern real estate platform that will make finding and discovering properties easier, thereby improving the overall user experience of using real estate websites. The Challenge
The client created an online marketplace to allow consumers to quickly locate property to buy, rent, or invest.
The previous method was primarily manual inquiries and had only a small number of sources for each type of information, causing consumers to be confused while describing what they were looking to buy and creating long, frustrating wait times before getting responses back to their inquiries.
There were several problems with the way properties were being marketed:

This site is a dedicated space for premium or priority listings of real estate on the homepage or major sections of the site.
There will be greater exposure for feature listings, with the intention of increasing inquiries to listed properties.
Mobile-Responsive Experience
Today, a large percentage of real estate searches are done using either smartphone or tablet devices. The platform has been designed with thorough “Responsive Design” which allows developer to create sites that are accessible from a variety of different devices. Users will be able to search for properties, apply different filtering options and submit inquiries regardless of whether they are using either desktop computers, tablet devices or mobile devices.

The platform has been designed around creating simple usability.
